Welcome to Rosterly. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rosterly application, website, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Rosterly ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Rosterly provides a team management platform for youth sports teams, including features for team chat, scheduling, and roster management. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information during registration
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
